Zelvynta CRM

Self-hosted CRM for growing teams

Run your pipeline. Keep your data.

Zelvynta CRM brings contacts, companies, deals, and leads into one connected workspace — deployed on your own infrastructure, not someone else's cloud.

The problem

Growing teams outgrow spreadsheets fast — and outgrow black-box SaaS CRMs just as fast.

Customer context lives in five places at once

Deal history in one tool, contact details in a spreadsheet, follow-ups in someone's inbox. Nobody has the full picture when it matters.

Your customer data sits on someone else's servers

Most CRMs mean handing every contact, deal, and conversation to a third-party cloud you don't control and can't fully audit.

Access control is an afterthought

Everyone gets the same view, or an admin spends hours hand-wiring permissions that break the moment someone changes roles.

The Zelvynta approach

One workspace for the whole customer lifecycle, running on infrastructure you own.

Zelvynta CRM connects contacts, companies, deals, leads, and tasks in a single, ownership-aware workspace — and ships as a self-hosted Docker stack, so your data never has to leave your own servers.

Inside the product

Built for the work, not for the demo.

Deals board in Zelvynta CRM, showing deals moving through New, Contacted, and Qualified stages with deal values

A pipeline you can see at a glance

Drag deals across stages on a real Kanban board, or switch to a filterable list — value and stage counts update live.

Contacts list in Zelvynta CRM, showing a searchable, sortable table of contacts linked to their companies

Every contact, searchable and linked

Search by name, email, or phone; sort any column. Every contact links back to its company, deals, and activity timeline.

Features

Everything the customer lifecycle needs — nothing it doesn't.

Contacts

Every person you do business with, with duplicate detection on create and a full activity timeline on every record.

Companies

Organize contacts and deals under the accounts they belong to, with every linked record one click away.

Deals & pipelines

A drag-and-drop Kanban board or a filterable list, with explicit Won/Lost actions and per-stage value totals.

Leads & conversion

Qualify leads through a clear status flow, then convert to a contact, company, and deal in one guided step.

Tasks

Today, Upcoming, and Overdue views computed in your organization's own timezone — not the browser's guess.

Reports

Leads by source and status, pipeline value by stage and owner, and won revenue by month — scoped to what each viewer can actually see.

How it works

From first contact to closed deal.

  1. 01

    Capture

Add contacts, companies, and leads as they come in — manual entry today, with the same API every automated source would use.

  2. 02

    Organize

Link every record to the account and deal it belongs to. Ownership and team scope decide who sees what, automatically.

  3. 03

    Move deals forward

Track stage, value, and next steps on the board or the list view. Close Won or Lost with the context captured, not lost.

  4. 04

    Report on what happened

Reports read the same ownership rules as everything else — a rep never sees an aggregate built from deals they couldn't open.

Self-hosted by design

Deploy it where your data already lives.

Zelvynta isn't a hosted product with a self-hosted option bolted on — self-hosting is the only way it ships today.

Your infrastructure, your rules

Zelvynta runs as a Docker Compose stack — the web app, MongoDB, Redis, and a background worker — on any server you control.

No forced multi-tenant cloud

There's no shared database and no third party holding your customer records. What you install is what runs.

Standard tooling, nothing proprietary

MongoDB for data, Redis for background jobs, Docker for packaging — the same tools your team already knows how to operate and back up.

Access & control

Permissions that match how your team is actually organized.

Role-based access, enforced per record

Owner, Org Admin, Manager, Member, and Viewer roles — each request resolves an own/team/all/none scope per record, not one blanket permission for the whole app.

Capability grants for exceptions

Need a Manager to approve users without making them an Org Admin? Grant that one capability directly, without widening everything else they can do.

Sign-ins are logged

Every login and logout is recorded with actor and timestamp, so you have a real record of who accessed the workspace and when.

FAQ

Questions worth asking before you deploy anything.

Is Zelvynta really self-hosted, or is that just an option?
Self-hosting is the only way Zelvynta ships today. You run the Docker Compose stack — the web app, MongoDB, Redis, and a background worker — on infrastructure you control.
What do I need to run it?
Docker and Docker Compose, and a server to run them on. There's no managed-cloud dependency and no required third-party service.
Can I control exactly what each team member can see?
Yes. Every record request resolves a per-user scope (own, team, all, or none) from their role, and individual capabilities can be granted beyond the default role where needed.
Can I import existing contacts and deals from another CRM?
Not yet — bulk import is on the roadmap but isn't built today. You can create contacts, companies, deals, and leads individually or through the API as they come in.
Does Zelvynta integrate with email, calendar, or other tools?
Not yet. Today, activity (calls, meetings, notes, emails) is logged manually against the record it belongs to. Native integrations are future roadmap, not current functionality.
Is there a mobile app?
Not a native app — the web app is responsive and usable on a phone or tablet browser today.
