Scope
This page limits the liability of Sudha Software Solutions Private Limited to you in connection with Zelvynta CRM, our deployment and support work, and this website. It forms part of our terms.
Your server and your data
Zelvynta CRM runs on a server you choose and pay for. We are not responsible for that server, your hosting provider, your domain, your network, or anything outside our control that affects them. You are responsible for keeping backups of your records.
Service interruptions
We work to keep Zelvynta CRM reliable, but we do not promise it will run without interruption or error. We are not liable for loss caused by downtime, outages at your hosting provider, or problems with third party software, networks or infrastructure.
Data loss
We are not liable for loss or corruption of your data, except where it is caused directly by our own negligence while we are working on your server, and you kept backups as our terms ask.
Indirect loss
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill or opportunity, even if we were told such loss was possible.
Our total liability
Our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us for your license in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim.
What we do not limit
Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, such as liability for fraud.
