Privacy policy

Who we are

This website is run by Sudha Software Solutions Private Limited, 04, Sudha Market, Purnadih Chowk, Phulwariya, Koderma, Jharkhand 825418, India ("Zelvynta", "we"). This policy explains what we do with your details when you use zelvynta.in.

What this policy does not cover

Zelvynta CRM runs on your own server. The customer records you keep in your CRM stay on that server, and you decide how they are used. This policy covers this website only.

What we collect

Consultation form: your name, work email, company, what you would like, and any phone number or message you add.

License application: your plan, name, work email, phone, company, country, whether you have a VPS, and any notes you add.

Technical details: this website uses your IP address for a short time to stop the forms being abused. Our server may also keep standard access logs.

In your browser: if you switch between dark and light mode, your choice is saved on your device. It is not sent to us.

What we do not do

This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. We do not sell your details.

How we use your details

We use them to reply to you, arrange a consultation, demo or trial, process your license application, and deploy and support your CRM.

Where we keep them

Form submissions are stored on a server we run ourselves in Mumbai, India, in a MongoDB database. We limit access to the people who need it to do the work above.

Who we share them with

We share details with other parties only when a service provider needs them to do this work for us, or when the law requires it.

Access to your server

If you give us access to your server for deployment or support, we use that access only for that work.

How long we keep them

We keep form submissions for [RETENTION PERIOD], and for longer if we need them to meet a legal duty or to support your license.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details by emailing contact@sudhasoftwaresolutions.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
