About these terms
These terms are between you and Sudha Software Solutions Private Limited, 04, Sudha Market, Purnadih Chowk, Phulwariya, Koderma, Jharkhand 825418, India ("Zelvynta", "we"). They apply when you buy a license for Zelvynta CRM. Our refund policy, limitation of liability and disclaimer form part of these terms.
Your license
A license lets you install and use Zelvynta CRM on your own server for one organization, with unlimited users. Each installation serves one organization. The software and its code remain ours, and you may not resell or redistribute them.
Your account and your users
You decide who in your organization gets an account and what each person can see. You are responsible for what happens under those accounts, and for keeping passwords private.
Plans and prices
Licenses are sold as 1 year, 5 year or lifetime plans. Prices are shown on our website, and we confirm your plan and price with you before you pay. Sending an application does not charge you and does not create a purchase.
No refunds
Licenses are not refundable once paid, except where the law requires a refund. Use the free consultation, demo or trial to check that Zelvynta fits before you pay. Our refund policy has the detail.
Deployment
After payment we contact you and deploy Zelvynta CRM on your VPS with you. You provide the VPS, a domain name and the access we need, and you pay your server provider directly.
Updates and support
Every plan includes future updates and support for its term. On the 1 year and 5 year plans, this lasts for that term. On the lifetime plan, it lasts for 5 years. After that you keep using the version you have, with full access to your records, but new versions and support stop.
When a license ends
A 1 year or 5 year license ends at the close of its term unless you renew it. Zelvynta CRM then turns read only, and updates, support and other benefits stop. You can still view, export and back up your records. A lifetime license does not end, though its updates and support last 5 years.
Ending a license early
We may end a license if you break these terms in a serious way, for example by reselling the software, and do not fix it within 30 days of our written notice. A license ended this way is not refunded.
Your data and your server
Your records stay on your server. You are responsible for that server, for your backups, for who you give access to, and for using Zelvynta CRM lawfully.
Liability
Our liability is limited as our limitation of liability page explains.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. As far as the law allows, the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
