Licenses are not refundable
Payments for a Zelvynta CRM license, made to Sudha Software Solutions Private Limited, are not refundable once paid. This applies to the 1 year, 5 year and lifetime plans, and to renewals.
Try it before you pay
Because there are no refunds, we offer a free consultation, demo and trial. Use them to check that Zelvynta fits your team. Sending a license application charges nothing, and we confirm your plan and price with you before you pay.
Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under Indian law that cannot be excluded by agreement, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where the law requires a refund, we will give one.
Payment mistakes
If you are charged twice, or charged an amount we did not confirm with you, email contact@sudhasoftwaresolutions.com and we will put it right.
Server costs
You pay your server provider directly for your VPS and domain. We do not refund those costs, because we do not receive them.
